Lucid Dreaming is one of the most widely discussed phenomena in groups of friends of mine and I can only guess amongst other people as well. I do not lucid dream, when I have glimpse of it that is when it slips away. I have friends who can lucid dream and their experiences vary greatly. Erika Russ, who has been a guest multiple times probably has the most in-depth and personal accounts on the mindcast. A term that was coined in 1913 for something that was recognized and around for hundreds and hundreds of years before, lucid dreaming is WILD – Waking Induced Lucid Dreaming.
